Brandon Roy is trained by Travelle Gaines who also works out other prominent Seattle athletes like Marcus Trufant. These particular exercises designed for Roy can be used by anyone trying to increase their overall explosiveness.

B Roy may have earned his place in the Guiness Book of World Records with his recovery from medial meniscus surgery last playoff season. He played an NBA playoff game 8 days after surgery.
Looks very similar to the program I have one of my highschool basketball players on. Just a bit more intense than what we are working on at this time.
